* The specific and primary purpose for which this association is formed is to enhance the educational environment of Black youths and all nationalities at Southeast Career and Technical Academy (S.E.C.T.A). To promote and stimulate Black Heritage and cultural awareness through discussion, study, educational, and historical training, social activities, and active participation in school activites.
