Southeast Career Technical Academy (SECTA) offers students career and technical skills that can assist them in their future career goals. Students who complete our two-year career and technical training programs will lead to certification that will enable them to attain entry-level positions in the work force or to continue higher education.

The majority of class clusters allows students to earn college credit through the Tech Prep Program with the College of Southern Nevada. Also, several class clusters offer internships, job shadowing, clinicals, and on-the-job training.

Students who graduate from Southeast Career Technical Academy receive one of three Clark County School District diplomas: standard, advanced, or honors. In addition, students earn occupational certificates, industry-standard certifications, and college credit (where applicable).

SECTA's academic standards are to educate students by utilizing academic rigor while integrating communication, leadership, and critical thinking skills. SECTA is committed to building a legacy of excellence as students prepare to contribute to a global society.
